Brut NonVintage:
This multi-vintage sparkling wine is a blend of two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. The grapes were hand-harvested from vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley. This wine is fermented and aged in French oak and stainless steel tanks, then aged in the bottle for about two years. The combination of Washington fruit and aging process give it a crisp, green apple flavor. The NonVintage pairs well with many foods and is perfect for a special celebrations and celebrating every day.
Brut Vintage:
This classic French-styled sparkler is a blend of two-third Pinot Norit and one-third Chardonnay. In creating this blend, we choose wines from our favorite vineyards. Extended aging and a drier finish give the Vintage greater complexity with pear flavors up front and a toasty finish. This wine can be enjoyed today and will age well for years to come.
Brut Rose:
This nonvintage sparkling wine is a blend of 80 percent Pinot Noir and 20 percent Chardonnay. The Pinot is crushed and sits with the skins of the grapes overnight. The result of this extraction is more robust flavor with a touch of color. That robustness makes the Rose a wine that pairs well with many foods, including Asian dishes, salmon and turkey dinners.
Cuvee Forte:
A blend of our very best barrels from our very best years makes this an exceptional wine. The Forte's blend of half Pinot Noir, half Chardonnay gives it a creaminess and smoothness that is enhanced by extending aging. This world class sparkling wine showcases the best Washington has to offer.
Chardonnay:
This Washington state Chardonnay is from the Ryan Patrick estate vineyard. This wine was fermented in older, neutral French oak barrels, giving the wine vanilla and spice notes without overwhelming the delicate fruit flavors.
Pinot Noir:
Our choice vineyards are selected for this Washington state Pinot Noir. Careful handling at crush and 14 months aging in French oak give this wine hints of cherry and spice.
